FORCE BMW M52/M54/M56 ENGINE TIMING TOOL KIT

The BMW Double VANOS Camshaft Alignment Tool Kit is a professional engine timing tool set designed for accurately setting and checking valve timing on BMW 6-cylinder engines equipped with Double VANOS. It is suitable for M52TU, M54, and M56 engines and is ideal for engine repair, timing adjustment, VANOS servicing, and camshaft alignment.

The kit includes an alignment jig for precise valve timing adjustment, a sprocket assembly jig for preassembling secondary chain sprockets with the camshafts, and a rigid chain tensioner for maintaining correct primary chain tension. A chain tensioner lock pin securely holds the tensioner during timing work, while the VANOS compressed-air connection allows pressurizing the VANOS unit during inspection, removal, and replacement procedures.

Compatible with a wide range of BMW models, including 3 Series, 5 Series, 7 Series, Z3, Z4, X3, and X5, equipped with applicable M52TU, M54, and M56 engines.
